The Helfant Residence is a unique home rental opportunity in Hamilton, New York. A fully furnished 1973 colonial of 3000 square feet on nine hilltop acres, 2 miles from the Colgate campus. With mostly compact fluorescent light bulbs, a wood pellet furnace, programmable electronic thermostats, composting and recycling, our home was recently featured in the Syracuse Post-Standard as a more sustainable household.

• House and Apartment: Colgate Graduation, Family Weekend, Reunion Weekend, and upon request;
• Take Note - Additional Availability Apartment:
  Year-Round on a per weekend basis
  Great for weekend get-a-ways and for attending Colgate sport events!
• Summer 2013 - July/August House and/or Apartment Rental
